Great location exceptionally nice staff. The facility needs a big refresh a change in bedding (worn out and too soft). New carpeting, paint for the walls etc needed. Not a bad stay but not the best either

Breakfast was adequate. I wish there had been some fruit.
Take a trip to the covered bridge. The road is off the beaten path but worth an hour of long forgotten objects from the past. If you have a kayak-great place to drop in the river as a start/ending point.

Nice little town in Maine and convenient to Conway and other attractions in N.H. We were a little late in the season to really get to see all that around. We ate one meal there which was very good. It was crowded and appeared to be a great local place.
