It's extremely in bad condition and location.Very uncomfortable location and untrained staff. There was very very bad smell in the room.Very very small wash room. The price is extremely high.In this price or little more a person can stay in a very good hotel in the city.
I would recommend people to please avoid this hotel and stay in a proper place while booking on line.

It's an ok place.
It's an ok place. If you don't approve of smelling Marijuana smoke don't stay here. Otherwise it's a decent place and the staff is excellent. Pet friendly, however the pet areas are full of feces, because apparently they charge $50 a night for the pet but do not pay someone to pick up after pet parents that don't care. They do have a bag station, but no one seems to use it. Breakfast is ok.

Located just off of I-694 and I-94.
Located just off of I-694 and I-94.
All your shopping needs. Lots of restaurant choices.
Lots of recreation. Close to Top Golf, Mississippi River, access to bike trails. Parks. Walking paths. Lakes and ponds.
And within 15 minutes of downtown Minneapolis.
A great, north of the city, residential area. But all the conveniences of food, shops and recreation.
The one downfall - it may now be too close to downtown. Some questionable happenings on the main thoroughfares.

Read my first review than read this.
Read my first review than read this. After trying to swindle an additional 500 off me, a few days later I got an unauthorized charge from them of 136. I called the cooperate and it didn't come up in their system but it did on my end. I email customer service a photo of that charge and got my money back. I'm telling you guys them staffs doing shady things. The manager especially seems high on something.

Fridley is a small suburb of Minneapolis.
Fridley is a small suburb of Minneapolis. There is a very nice nature center nearby with an amphitheater and a storytime walk for young children. There is a Super Target and some great restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel was lovely. But the breakfast was terrible. We arrived for breakfast at 8:33 am and there was nothing to be had. The attendant told us that breakfast was over at 9 and she would not put out anything. More people showed up and eventually she begrudgingly put out some yogurt. The next morning we arrived earlier for breakfast but had to ask for everything...even plates which the attendant kept stashed 8n the back room. The offerings were space but we did get some and it was good.
Woke up & went to grab coffe , found a man sleeping in the hotel cooridor Told the front desk and 2 hours later guy was still there
Staff made it seem like a nightly occurrence
staff called the police and 2hrs later guy was still there
so I checked out earlier for my family safety concerns
This hotel is extremely in very bad condition. There was very bad smell in the room. The area is surrounded by very noisy road and mostly drivers on the way stay here. They charged me 50% just I checked in and told them the room is very very bad.I recommend the families to avoid this hotel.
