Everything was fine with the hotel except that they surprise you with a one hundred dollar deposit which I was told has to be paid with a credit card. I paid the deposit. But I have not yet been refunded the deposit and I left the room in very good condition. Nothing extra to do. No smoking in room etc.... So I do not know why I am not being refunded. I would not recommend this hotel for that reason. If you can afford to pay the extra 100 for your stay then that's great you will likevthevhotel. But if you do not like to be ripped off I would choose another place. Hotels like to punish the people who respect their property by ripping them off because of the people that do damage their property and get away withbit. So basically if you stay here you have to pay for a previous guests damage. Makes no sense as to me.

Plenty to do, whether you're looking to shop, eat, drink, or travel. I mainly travelled to Monterey and San Jose. I would recommend beginning travel early, as once the 3:00 PM traffic hits, prepare for stop and go traffic and delays. Without traffic, you can get to Monterey in about an hour, shorter if headed towards San Jose.

Facility was awful desk clerk Angela was rude and belligerent. Kitchen had no equipment (dishes, pans etc) had to get them from the office and hand carry to the room a building away. Outside doors and hallways were dirty with trash on floors

I visit Fremont only when I have to.

I visit Fremont only when I have to. I lived in the South Bay Area (Cupertino: 1956-20007) and got out just in time. My wife still has a rental property and some old friends in Fremont, otherwise I would not want to return. Over the last 25 years the whole area has lost its quality-of-life appeal and has become way overpriced.
