Our goal was actually Boston but not affordable close to the city. We did a compromise and drove to the nearby commuter rail and took the train, still better than Boston traffic and better than Boston parking fees.

Like is said already. Very disappointed for the price we paid and the lack of services we received Had a bag of trash outside our door next to 102 since we arrived Thursday. Saturday morning when I went to the desk the lady at desk blonde hair. Said oh I doubt that. I walked away before i told her what I thought. Dog next door barked 2 nights. 12a to 1:30 am. Should house dogs in one area as to not bother us non pet people. No service 3 days for price we paid is wrong. If we paid a motel rate fine but we didn’t. Will not use this residence again

Franklin is a wonderful place to stay!
Franklin is a wonderful place to stay! It's quiet , has great restaurants and shopping nearby but so much to do, close to the interstates so you can go anywhere! The Capes, Boston, NY...its just great! We came up for the Big E in Springfield but just love our stay here! I always stay here!

I like the facilities in the location and I've stayed there before. Unfortunately it due to supply problems and lack of employees which is affecting most businesses, the stay was extremely unsatisfying. I know that these things will be fixed in the future and I would recommend anyone to stay at this fine establishment. The staff is extremely helpful in these trying times.

Breakfast is better than at most hotels. Fresh oranges, bananas and apples were appreciated. Coffee is excellent. McKenzie was very friendly and helpful. I liked the exercise treadmill and weights. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed having a bathtub in the room but it was a snug fit.
Excellent hotel! We liked it. We had a room with a kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant. There were always parking spaces. Good soundproofing of the rooms.
