I was expecting a normal three-star hotel, most of the ones I have stayed in are a bit old but overall good the size of the rooms the comfort are toast breakfast and they are clean. But this one surprised me because it looked quite new or too well kept, the cleanliness was amazing all around, and the breakfast was spectacular. The attention of the staff was very cordial and always attentive to what we needed. They even gave us additional information about places to eat near the hotel.
Something I loved is that we had twenty-four hours of access to coffee in case we wanted and access to water with lemon was spectacular even if we did not use it much we liked having the availability that if we needed it was there.
After that hotel, I got another look at three-star hotels I definitely liked it a lot and it was even much better than several four-star hotels I know.
And I became a member of this chain, so I will reserve always in this group of hotels now! They made me change the way I see the 3-star hotels, thanks!!!

Room seemed dirty. Bedding was clean. Bathroom not clean and had a busted door that did not open or close. Details such as corners dirty. You can see the owners don't really care. Would not recommend.

These people is not of their word. I had several complaints of my stay and none of them was acknowledged to my satisfaction. I was told by 3 staff the situation would be handled and it wasn’t. I was also told on check out day my bill would be adjusted and it wasn’t, I even emailed Judy the sales manager afterwards about my adjustment and she did not respond and now it’s 4 days later. It’s one thing I hate is a liar and a person that doesn’t stay to their words. I will be moving forward to get this handled as it should have been.
She wants to remove my previous review, but doesn’t want to correct the issue. Very unprofessional staff!! I would advise you to thoroughly check every aspect of your room.

Good place to stop on the way from New York to the south. Close to highway.
Hotel is outside Philadelphia, about 30 Minutes by car to visit downtown.

A Starbucks is right next to the hotel.
Vincent, the man at the reception of the hotel is charming, He helped us with everything we asked for. The hotel is very clean and new, the pool is good, a very good experience
