The staff were wonderful especially Derick who welcomed us after an horrific storm we travelled/arrived in and the women who was on the desk the next morning. We left something in our room and she arranged for us to come back and pick it up the next day. The room was lovely and very clean. The breakfast was better than most places we stayed at.

Great location, but ‘The Voya’ is just a group name. We booked ‘The Voya’ but could not get an address or find ‘The Voya’ complex until a few days before arriving. Then the booking took us to ‘Waterstone at Wellington’ gated complex and not the complex in the photo advertising ‘The Voya’. The apartment was top class, the pool was very nice, Very nice facility overall. But misleading advertising ‘The Voya’ as a complex with apartments overlooking pool. This is not the case. Great apartment but completely different to what is advertised on Booking.com
