When I arrived I asked lady behind desk- do I need dinner reservations for me and 5 friends coming ? She said no. Then when I went down to restaurant at 6 pm , it was very busy. One if the waitresses was very helpful and said yes let’s reserve a table. She was the hero.

Nothing!! The property was dirty and unsafe. We never received clean sheets or towels. There was no maid service.
Under the sofa bed was a dirty sock and trash. The outside of the building was in disrepair. The sidewalks were broken and unsafe. One of the people in our party had a serious fall. A ambulance had to be called with a subsequent hospital stay. The person in our party who sustained the injuries were ignored and encountered extremely rude treatment at check out.
Very reasonably priced hotel in Florham Park, NJ. Room was clean. Hotel has indoor pool (outdoor pool too but we stayed there in February) and a great workout facility. My kids loved the pool. Room service dinners were fab-u-lous! The only negative was that I was not able to adjust the temperature in the room and it was a bit warm for me. We will stay there again, for sure. Nice place.
The quality and location of the hotel was perfect - 5 stars! I especially liked the fitness area and the quality of my room. Got an excellent night's sleep. Location was perfect - only took me ten minutes to get to my business location.
Beautiful lobby, wonderful staff, great exercise facilities, the breakfast/bar area was lovely and the room was fantastic. The bedding was luxurious, the bathroom was spacious and well-lit. Just loved everything about this hotel!
Nice large room, large Bathroom, en large and comfortable bed. Very clean and very nice decorated. Very quit and enough space for you luggage. Hotel has great bar and relax places on the ground floor.
