Facilities are clean and well-kept. Was easy to relax and to sleep. TV channels were more than adequate, lotion, shower soap, shampoo & conditioner were of good quality. Overall, it seemed like a well-run facility and exceptional staff. They went above and beyond my expectations. I walk with a cane and am prone to falling. The front desk manager and staff were so very helpful. That morning Brian met me at my room promptly at 4:45 a.m., he escorted me to the main lobby, helped with my bags, loaded them on the shuttle and, then he even carried my bags into the airport (Delta ticket counter). I am so grateful to Brian, to the shuttle driver who gave him the time to further escort me to the ticket counter, and to the front office manager and staff who facilitated that service and to Brian who was amazing and a life-saver! Thank you, Hilton Cincinnati Airport!

Our room attendant: Fed was excellent as was Jean in charge of housekeeping! The desk personeooe were great in assisting with finding restaurants, etc .
Breakfast was delicious- well attended by Jean and desk attendant also.
On,y thing that could be improved is small soda in Room216
— it needs replaced - very uncomfortable.
Great family priced place to stay if visiting the Ark Encounter or Creation Museum .

What I don't like the most is your pillows need to be a little better then what it was. Other than that everything else was fine. Nick at the front desk was fantastic. Very helpful person. Very knowledgeable. He's a great asset to your company. Your cleaning person was a lady that I had talked to. She was also very helpful. I don't know what her name was but she was helpful

I just stopped here for the night to rest during a lengthy driving trip. I didn't see any of Florence, just this motel; it was a big disappointment. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel. Sorry for being a turd, but the truth is the truth.

If you are interested in the Bible this is an excellent place to visit. Both the museum and Ark Adventure are within a reasonable distance from here. We also saw a Monet exhibit in Cincinnati. Florence is very close to Cincinnati.

The first room shower didn't work.
The first room shower didn't work. Switched to another room that had gnats. Horrible stay to fight with gnats bed wasn't comfortable and couldn't get comfortable from gnats. This clearly not a three star hotel. It should be a 0 star hotel.

Plenty of Restaurants and stores in the area and close to airport and sons apartment whom we were bringing his belongings to him. Pool at hotel was good for sticking our feet in the water. Florence Ky. is a really nice area with lots of things to do, plus its just a stones throw from Cincinnati. Course the traffic at rush hour was like any other major city, i.e., best to avoid those times.
