Our three nights at Hyatt House were very comfortable and pleasant. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The fact that we simply had to walk a few feet out the front door to reach food and drinks in the shopping district was another plus! The staff was attentive and the breakfast each morning was very good. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Fishers.

Clean and bright with functional kitchenette. More than we expected for a budget level hotel. An affordable stay for needing just an overnight bed for a two day trip. Only thing that would make it better would be to have a couch in the room for more comfortable couple seating to watch TV.

After a seven-hour drive, access to the room was difficult. cell phone messages kept referring me to an email that I did not have access to. When you call the phone number it is a California number and all you get is a reordering telling you how important your call is but no help and no one to talk to or leave a message for a return call or text message.

The room was clean.
The room was clean. The access door was a little sketchy late at night. The staff was very friendly, always treated us kindly. It did have a musty smell but that could be covered with a scented plug-in or an oil diffuser. I did not care for the bedding. They could up-grade to something a little more comfortable for the price of one night. I’m really not happy that I couldn’t get a late checkout time…..I think they really need to rethink that option. Also, they could have provided a blow dryer in the bathroom. We had a coffee maker, fridge/freezer, stovetop, microwave, iron and ironing board and a tv with a challenging remote. One thing that was really annoying was trying to figure out what the weird noise was in the room….it was the alarm clock. We had to unplug it to quiet it. Otherwise, knowing what we need to bring to supplement the room, it wasn’t a bad stay.

BWestern off of 96th street was convenient because lots of stores and restaurants esp our favorite Bubba's 33. Super Walmart w/Murphy gas station, Dollartree, Kohls, etc all around the corner of hotel. Quiet at hotel but lively 96th street! Wish the price was less, ofcourse, but you get what you pay for! breakfast at BW was very good. Staff is amazing. Facility could use chair covers in breakfast area, plumbing overhaul might save hotel on water bill expenses, parking could use more lights but overall, we felt safe, clean and comfortable.

Detailing the rooms should have a point system for cleaning rooms and the room attendants should check on the guests if they're staying over a week you get no attention you put trash outside your door it will be there tomorrow no check up on linens towels toilet paper nothing that's a problem as much as guests pays you should get those perks you're literally on your own if you stay over you shouldn't have to ask for it or call the front desk I get it sometimes that's necessary but all of the time not acceptable.

We arrived a little earlier then planned. They were still able to give us a room. The rooms were still being cleaned. We were planning on a suite with 1 bedroom. (The suite has a living room, bedroom and kitchen. They gave us one that actually had 2 bedroom. With their own bath. Yes there were a few minor things that needed attention. But nothing we couldn't handle. The room was great. comfy beds. Staff all friendly. Breakfast, lots of choices. Hot nice. The hotel was quiet & clean. Even the parking lot was clean.
