So clean and peaceful. Room was spacious and I loved the chaise by the window with the big lamp. I had my coffee and devotion there and it was a great way to start my day.

Cozy basement apartment, hotel in Fayetteville

Cozy basement apartment offers accommodations in Fayetteville, 23 miles from Georgia State Stadium and 24 miles from Zoo Atlanta.

The property is located in an HOA subdivision, which is quiet, and the neighborhood is immaculate. There are several places to eat within short distances, and the Pavillion is the place to shop! I must say that the hospitality of the property management was superb! She stayed in contact with me the entire process and offered to render suggestions on places to go, as well as making sure that she was available if I needed anything. I would recommend this place to stay, and I would stay there again!

I will not ever stay there again!! Rude employee!

I will not ever stay there again!! Rude employee! No choices of breakfast food, There wasn't enough set out to eat and the early birds got the worm!! The hotel wasn't the cleanest I stayed in before. Too noisy other guests had their doors open yelling across the hallway at one another. All night long and I wasn't able to sleep the front Dest clerk told me she didn't work the night shift and never apologized or offer a refund!! The WORST nasty property I have ever stayed with!! I will blog, tell everyone I know not to stay there. Getting around in Fayette was easy with plenty too eat and places to see. I am definitely avoiding this motel next trip there.

This is a lovely town with very nice people.

This is a lovely town with very nice people. It has great restaurants - Broadway Diner and Franks are just two of them. It is close enough to Atlanta to get there easily without getting lost & allows you access to Atlanta’s many offerings. Fayetteville has parks, walking trails, historic places and even a new film industry. Would not return to Quality Inn due to flies & gnats in room and staff that were uncooperative - we needed to change rooms due to door noise & people walking near our window. We were refused even though the hotel was not full. Maintenance man overheard the problem & did try to fix door ( also didn’t lock). We needed a quiet place for a 15-20 minute work call & we’re not allowed (by same person who wouldn’t change room) to use an available conference room or offered any other space. Staff need to help out, not ruin the experience for people. However, evening staff were nice & helpful- even though they were training a new person.

I love everything about this hotel, from the room cleaning services to the view of the room. The indoor pool feels amazing, the remarkable gym gives you self-motivation. The entire staff is incredible, hard-working, friendly, and helpful. The team has positioned their aces in the right places. Front desk workers set a great foundation. Oh, I can't forget to mention in driving distance from the hotel is this beautiful restaurant on a lake called Crystal Lake.

I am here as a solo traveler working on a show here at the studio near by. I chose this hotel for the convenience of being near the studio site. When I arrived, I was very pleased to see the layout and convenience of restaurants, stores with in walking distance. Today, on my last day, I decided to have my breakfast in the lobby, as previous mornings I was unable. I observed a very precious employee named Debra who was assisting us guests and making sure we were happy. I appreciate her kindness and her beautiful heart. Please tell her she made my day.

I like the fact that there where signs posted to tell you how to get to different places this made it easier. The town is clean and the people are friendly. This was my 3rd visit to the town. I ate at Twisted Taco the food was great.

The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were really friendly & helpful- especially the desk clerk when we were checking in. Our booking had been confirmed by booking.com but the hotel had no record of it. She helped out with a fresh booking. The hotel is really close to a good pizza/sports bar where we had dinner one night.

There were a wide variety of foods to eat for breakfast, including fresh fruit, bagels white and whole wheat bread, muffins, cereal, coffee, tea, omelette, pancakes etc. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the delicious choices for breakfast. This is also a very clean and peaceful hotel to stay in.

I had a pleasant stay at the Guesthouse. My only reservation was that there isn't a laundry service offered or partnered by the property. Food at the hotel and within walking convenience was both savory and a good value.
