Location was great. The bed was comfortable, which is the most important thing about staying in a hotel!!! Staff friendly. Amazed at the facilities considering there recent hurricane Helene. Thank you. The parking lot was FULL of big work trucks, which warmed my heart. The people of WNC are STILL in great need - knowing the people helping were sleeping close to me felt comforting and reassuring.

My daughter and I stayed just one night while in the area for a college visit. The lobby was warm and inviting, with cute decor and lots of comfortable seating, hot coffee and water for tea or hot chocolate. There was a huge assortment of snacks for sale as well.
Our room was clean and beds/pillows were very comfortable. Every part of the hotel we saw, including room and bathroom, were exceptionally clean.
If our daughter ends up going to school in the area, we will for sure be staying here again next time we're in the Asheville area!

The staff! Jamie the manager was so helpful and not to mention August who also works the front desk! There was two other very helpful men whose names I can not remember but the service was 10/10 .
Our stay was great. It would’ve been nice to have a couple simple amenities included, such as couple of coffee pods for the kureig, a box of Kleenex, just simple things to get us started on our stay. It was a very comfortable stay and quite clean!

The house was very spacious and clean.
The house was very spacious and clean. The hot tub was clean and we did enjoy it! However there was no air hockey table downstairs, although it was in the pictures listed. Also the darts were broken so no one could play darts. Lastly, the fire pit was not use-able. The knob to turn it on seemed to be stripped. We had lots of things planned to do so we still enjoyed our stay, although the kids did not have anything to do during the down time at the house.
