This hotel was horrible. Our door did not work and after complaining 10 times between the hours of (3 pm - 10 pm) the staff refused to assist with the problem. It took us over 10 minutes and 4 different card replacements to get into the room on one occasion. Finally, around 10:30 pm, they had maintenance come up to repair the card reader. The room was unclean, the furniture was damaged. We were also charged more than quoted through booking.com.

We chose the location so we could have a very nearby enterprise pick us up- for that it worked really well. There were many restaurants and shopping options nearby. The rooms were nice and getting extra towels, etc. was simple. After a long day of traveling, the food at the restaurant in the lobby was delicious.

The cleanliness was excellent and the service was excellent. The property was beautiful and everything was very well taken care of.

When we first checked in the lady at the front desk was very sweet and kind and that was about the only good part about our stay.
Not sure why they call the city EVERGREEN.. LOL the location of this fantastic hotel is in Vancouver WA with excellent location so one could deffinatly have time to see all that Vancouver or surrounding area have to offer
