We liked that there was a restaurant and bar in the hotel. Also other restaurants in walking distance. Liked the 3:00 check in and noon checkout.

The property was very nice. I have lived in the Everett area for 36 years and recently moved. We used to walk our dog at the marina all the time and we saw the property all the time. But we stayed here during a recent trip and I was surprised. It’s a great hotel with great staff. The basket breakfast was a good little deal as well. I will stay here again for sure. Oh, for us, they upgraded us to a top floor unit on the marina which was a nice bonus.

Downtown location Management's handling of the double erroneous booking of my stay with the downtown and Everett locations. After many phone calls and explanations as per the nature of the erroneous booking the downtown location refused to cancel my reservation and transfer payment to the Everett location

    The location suited my needs.

The location suited my needs. But... the woman at the reception gave me the feeling that I was actually bothering her by my arrival. Answered very briefly basic questions (which you usually don't need to ask because you get the information without asking). The room is big but not clean. The floor is sticky and there is dirt from the previous guests. Also, the room is a non-smoking room but it has a strong smell of smoking. In the order it was stated that it includes breakfast but in reality the "breakfast" is only coffee.

Easy access to the ferries in Mulkiteo.

Easy access to the ferries in Mulkiteo. Lovely view of the water which is close by. Rode the public bus many places. It was friendly, clean and safe. There are three bus systems, so do some research before you leave to make them work together. From the airport to the Hampton Inn hotel you should be able to ride the green line out from the air port and then take one $2 bus. The same is true about traveling out to the ferry dock. The Everett Airport is small and convenient.

What I liked was the staff on the phone at booking.com they tried to do their best to help me out and answer all my questions what I didn't like was the hotel I booked I booked it from the 8th to the 10th paid $173 but I was kicked out this afternoon today which is the 9th the hotel saying that I have to leave mind you I had a 17 month old baby and girlfriend sleeping we were thinking we were paid until the 10th as we booked yet we got kicked out Hotel staff said we had 10 minutes to leave packing up all of our stuff his reason was because I checked in in the morning not in the afternoon I told him if I would have known that they were going to charge me for a whole entire day I would have never checked in who would pay $173 for one day that's crazy especially at this Motel no breakfast really rude stuff and trying to get a refund is almost impossible because the staff won't answer the phone to give the confirmation code they refuse to talk to booking.com to work out a solution they simply wanted the customer out knowing that they were in the wrong the staff should explain to the customer that him checking in in the morning that they were going to charge him for a full day not kick him out the next day and not telling it that's just wrong so I'm going to keep writing about this until it gets fixed the world should know that this is not a good hotel write a review on every single website every every search engine until I get fully reimbursed

    Everett is our home town.

Everett is our home town. We went back to visit out kids after being gone for 4 years. There is quite a bit to do and see there. The waterfront has been completely revitalized and is very nice. There is a nice pedestrian bridge to get from the upper area down to the waterfront.

My family of 3 stayed for 3 nights and the room was kept clean. We found an additional blanket was considerately laid on one of the bed when we returned to the room on the 2nd day. So I didn't need to fight for a blanket with my son. The AC was efficient and we had to turn it off during before sleeping. The manager was kind and open enough to answer all my questions. The hotel is close to Boeing plant and the building you visit for Future of Flight", and Mukilteo Lighthouse.

Good hotel at the waterfront. Nice neighbourhood, which is good for walking or jogging along the boat stations. A few good restaurants around. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is served straight to the room, should you fill in the form in the evening before.
