No offense to Euless cuz I've lived there myself but it's no where you want to vacation it's an older ran downtown however it is close to the airport so if you need to do it overnighter it wouldn't be a bad choice cuz it's a little cheaper to stay there cuz it's kind of a smaller town for a positive it has a lot about diversity people from everywhere and all walks of life seem to migrate to Euless

The house was disgusting.
The house was disgusting. The booking stated 5 bedrooms but there were only 4 bedrooms. The property management was horrible when communicating our dissatisfaction. Please see the pictures I posted. It was so nasty. I don't want anybody to be fooled by this listing. It needs to be removed from booking. We paid for 5 bedrooms and only got 4 bedrooms. We had to share rooms. If I had known that, I wouldn't have booked it. The listing is falsely advertised on booking.com.

Overcharged by $40 even though I showed the price I was expected to pay in my confirmation email. Shuttle service is unreliable and not available after 10:00 pm but theyadvertise 24/7 shuttle.
Rude treatment by front desk and shuttle driver. Overall, a very poor experience.

The heater wasn’t working , the remote either, the hot water was taking for ever and I know there’s other tenants but water was running for about 20 mins before it got hot ,the room was suppose to be non smoking but it smelled like smoke we told the people in the front and they didn’t Offer to move us or anything there was no microwave and we asked for a do not disturb and they said they didn’t have . It was a horrible experience I had never had any problems until now we always stay at a motel 6 I was very disappointed and dissatisfied I will never stay there again

Very basic, but price was least in area.
Very basic, but price was least in area. No amenities other than a small piece of soap. No hair dryer. There was a microwave, but the cord was too short, so. We had to put it on the floor to plug it in. The sheets were too small and came off the very old mattress during the night. The card entry system had to be redone at least 5 times during two night stay. The safety lock on door was broken. Perhaps the worse thing is the lobby is never open, they have installed a bank teller like thick glass to keep themselves safe? Didn’t give me a good feeling about the hotel’s location.
As always this BW Plus DFW Airport West Hotel Euless is a very good choice to stay, and all this especially because of the nice staff and a good breakfast on a daily basis. After visiting this hotel several times during the past two years, I do feel after all like coming home, where the whole entire staff is always welcoming both me and any other guest with the very friendly and the best possible way. Just keep up with the great work;)!
My arrival at the DFW was good, the shuttle service was some what prompt, took me to store to pick a few things up and helped me with my luggage to the room. Also went out with uber and the vehicle on the return to hotel broke down and I called hotel if they could come get me and they did..
