Service on the front desk were very nice. Our initial room view was small slope of dirt, the room was a bit dark and depressing. I asked for a different room, at this point wouldn’t mind paying a bit more to have more light and view, which we were able to get. However, the next room was being renovated a bit noisy, the room were in was really nice though. There is no restaurant or bar, it would have been nice for our dining convenience.

Adorable down town with Rocky Mountain National Park as the back drop. Plenty of shops and restaurants. I had the Mexican food of my life at Casa Grande. Outdoor entertainment was offered at the park downtown. Wildlife was abundant & the mountain coaster was fun. Many construction projects underway, more inconvenient for walking on the streets than driving.

Downtown construction was crazy.
Downtown construction was crazy. Everything else was wonderful. Ate at awesome places: Notchtop, Mountain Home Cafe, Poppys Pizza. Hate the timed entry. Both days had to wait until after hrs to drive in to the park.

Estes Park is an absolutely breathtaking place to visit! Being surrounded by mountains with access to Rocky Mountain National Park is amazing. I did a bucket list bike ride in the park, and my family and I enjoyed the touring the town along with the incredible 4th of July fireworks show!

It is very busy in the summer. So, if crowds are what you like, great place to visit. Currently the downtown streets are under repair, which makes travel rediculous! Best time to visit: September or October.

Estes Park is amazing and really worth visiting.
Estes Park is amazing and really worth visiting. Just pick a better hotel/motel to enhance your trip.
Be sure to make plans ahead of time for the National Park.
The Grubsteak has great food, service was a tad slow, but food and drinks are amazing.
Eat at Smokin Daves if you like BBQ, they are a bit out of town and you will have a wait but it is worth it.
While you are waiting for your table walk over to the Wild Horse Gift Shop! Great stuff and really good Prices!
From the moment we walked in to hear the river running we were smitten. Add in two full bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer I, full kitchen, beautiful grounds, patio with a table and a living room area with a spare bed, we found a home away from home. Traveling with teens is not easy but this rental property had something for everyone. What a great gem of Estes Park!
Great views off the balcony and behind the property. The hot tub was lovely and felt private. Great location to be close to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and to Estes Park without being in the middle of traffic in town
This hotel has a lot of potential, but is very outdated. The pool was nice, the view from the balcony over the lobby was great. For the price, you would expect it to have been updated in the last 40 years.
