The room was secure. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The room smelled clean. The location was quiet. My room was by the office. I could not hear activity in the other rooms. No bugs.

The cleaning staff were cheerful, obliging and did an excellent job fixing the room in no time at all. The location was good and easy to get to the San Diego Safari Park and Zoo and Legoland, but you need a car. The beach was reasonable but the weather a bit cold when we were there to be able to utilise it fully.

We were there for a soccer tournament There was terrible noise from the room above, receptions did not do anything to solve it. We couldn't sleep until 3 A.M, m son had a game at 8 A.M, we needed to wake up at 6.
Breakfast was expensive and bad, the pancakes were undercooked, the burrito was below average.
The staff blocked our room ke at 10 A.M, our check out was supposed to be at 11 A.M.
The room was not clean, a lot of dust and dirt bathroom

Room was huge, lots of space to work with. Pet friendly, plenty of places to walk the dog and with doggy bags provided. Bed is super comfortable, especially at this price point. Plenty of parking outside also. Room service was super attentive, even organized our plushes and duvets for us. Everything was super clean.
