The location was fine. We heard no outside noise and the hallway was quiet. The shower was nice with lots of warm water. The beds were ok but the pillows were too soft for me.

Very close to airport and short 30 min drive to The Ark Experience which was breathtaking. We are returning between Day after Thanksgiving to end of year for Christmas lights display. This hotel was a good deal. Amazing local place to eat, a must dining experience to go to is at Greyhound Tavern. You won't regret doing all these things.

Staff was very nice, but the hotel was dirty everywhere - from the elevator to our room. Looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. Website stated that there was a pool (the reason I selected it) for my grandson to use. It looked like it had been out of order for some time in that it had some construction items all around. This should have been posted in the information for the hotel. Was not a happy camper and since I had prepaid I stayed anyway because I thought I would not get my money back. I am 85 years old and was on a trip with my grandson. It was very disappointing to both of us!

Although we found items in our room that didn't belong to us, the room was very nice. Staff could have been more attentive to guests. It is not acceptable to watch guests be ignored by staff at the front desk. I observed this more than once. Pool was cloudy and cold, too cold for many adults.

We left the hotel we booked within 15 minutes and went to another location. We will avoid the hotels in this area from now on. We will not be returning to this area. The hotel we booked had blood splatter on the curtains, the pool that was advertised, was not in working order, and the breakfast that was advertised ended up being a "grab and go bag". When this was brought to the hotels attention, I of course had to contact the booking agent, and still, my money has not been refunded. We were there 15 minutes.

We were here to visit the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. There are many choices for food and the attractions we visited were first rate. Other than slight disappointment with our accommodations, our stay in Erlanger was wonderful.

Airport is small enough to manage the incoming and departing...
Airport is small enough to manage the incoming and departing ground traffic effectively. The hotels are prompt in pickups, and the car rental is fairly well contained. I liked that the hotel I stayed on arrival used their shuttle to drop me at the rental car facility rather than back to the airport to take the shuttle. Definitely saved time.

This is a third time staying in a Wingate hotel and I love it. It is friendly, great vibe, clean, and the price is a good match to what they offer. Breakfast is good. This hotel is very well located for travelers to stop for a night or two. They upgraded me to a larger room without charging extra and it is great.
Hotel localized very close to the airport with a shuttle available. Free parking in front of a hotel. Very comfortable bed, iron and hair dryer available. Clean bed sheets, towels, and toiletters in the restroom. The girl at the reception is very nice and helpful.
Great hotel for stay close to CVG airport. Much better than other hotels nearby. Very friendly staff and free of charge shuttle to the airport. Nice lobby, very comfortable bed, clean room and all you need in the bathroom.
i would expect a microwave in my room it lest not having to track one down on the floor also i get free breakfast at a cheap hotel but at a suppose to be good one they want me to pay $18 for it no it wasn't worth it
