Tameka was very nice, and made some things right, but we did not see her until Sunday afternoon. Perhaps if she had been on the desk the whole time, things would not have been as bad as they were.

An aging facility which does not really have suites (at least what meets our expectation of a suite). AC was noisy and it was either really cold or luke warm as the wall thermostat didn't seem to have much control. Caulk should never be used to try and properly attach shower heads and tub faucets because, as this local proved, it doesn't work. There obviously used to be a TV in the "living area" of the "suite" but it was no where to be found. Will likely look for another venue should we return to this area.

I booked the hotel two weeks in advance for my trip to the airport. The day I was meant to check in, they called and cancelled my booking. They had absolutely no sympathy for the situation and did not offer a bit of help.

Wonderfully kept property.
Wonderfully kept property. We were accommodated early check-in. I would gladly check out early too, to be able to come in at 1:00 instead of 3:00. All the staff were friendly and genuinely so. No phony smiles here.
Not applicable- I wasn't even able to partake in anything at all since I was in the room attempting to have reduced sleep during limited time (breakfast hours) before check-out time so never was even notified in any way (written, verbal) at any period of available breakfast dining hours w/hotel policy.
It was ok but not the best. When it said Hot breakfast I’m thinking about a really nice plate of breakfast food. It really wasn’t anything we liked about this hotel. This was one of the worst experience we ever had out of all of the hotels we ever stayed.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
