I like the fact my room was very accessible (ground floor) especially after 14 hours journey all I need was going straight to bed !
The staff, very polite, very demure and helpful.
The hot tub, obviously, always food to start off your day with dipping in the 'holy' water.

Check-in was great. We arrived early and were accommodated. The valet parking was very convenient. This hotel location is ideal, and there is easy access to wonderful museums and historic landmarks. The hotel pool feels like a spa with sunbeds and 2 hottubs. It was supremely comfortable.

The location is great and the king room with the fireplace is the perfect spot to relax and spend some snowed-in days at. The shower is very nice, including the under-florr heating in the bathroom. The location is very convenient.
