They had dead bugs in window. Lock was broken to door .... Wall in bathroom had a hole in it. One of the bed the post was broken and the bed matress was not covered and dirty or blood. Stains on sheets and sink. Bugs on bathroom sink, chair worn and holes in fabric. What made it so bad I had my kids with me and they were scared to sleep in room we all slept on our beach towels I started to sleep in the car but didn't feel safe it was the worst experience I've ever had. I am going to write google reviews as well because this has been my worst stay by far! First we get a room that smelled so bad as if the previous host were smoking. Then we switch rooms and I get a room with out a pull out bed, I had to sleep in the floor. I paid $380 to sleep in a dirty floor? The room also smelled terribly. Next morning No hot shower! Then we go to the pool and now they inform us that the pool is closed for maintenance. They re open the pool at our check out time. I want my money back!

I wish I had names of the staff who helped chk in and out. Very nice. Beds so comfortable. Everything near by. Just ask Google. Lol. Oh and if you forgot your comb, toothbrush, shower cap or razor. The front desk have it. Complimentary

The hotel allowed strange men to come to my room twice in the middle of the night. When reported to the top management, there was no recourse or efforts to make my stay safe or comfortable. There was a lax attitude for an incident that was very dangerous. I have actually sought counsel with an attorney to get my money back the for the stay.
Location, pet friendly and they had an area to walk the dogs and a bench and baggies to clean up! The hotel was well lit and we forgot toothpaste and the lady at the desk gave me 2 free packs of Colgate. We felt safe and the beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet The breakfast area was very clean.
It said Hot breakfast, but there was no hot breakfast . The ice machine on my floor didn't work either. The staff was really nice and friendly. however, I just wasn't impressed with the hotel overall
Location is good .. lots of stores and restaurants nearby. It takes about 15 min to get to boardwalk and beaches. it’s worth staying outside the city in my opinion…hotel was very affordable
