It met my expectations. I had known this was a budget hotel so I was not bothered too much by the cleaness or lack of amenities. The bed was comfy. The staff was polite and attentive. It is situated next to arcades and the mall opens until 11pm, which was convenient. Some reviews said breakfast was bland and could be improved. Idk. I am not a breakfast person and it seems a typical American breakfast(super processed) to me.

Overnight desk clerk went over an above to assist us. She allowed us to check-in after the stated midnight cut off time and also was able to provide us some food. Pizza and Bagel for child. Very much appreciated.

I recommend not ataying there..dirty walls ceilings and the bathroom was gross definitely needs a good cleaning, not a wipe down . Make sure your guests have soap. They don't give shampoo or breakfast. Towels are disgusting..

The Holiday Inn, Xpress need to tell travelers that if they stay more than one day, the Holiday Inn Express does not clean the room. And furthermore, in order to get towels are in the amenities, you have to explicitly ask for them. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Holiday Inn And not to clean the room daily should actually shut down the hotel. IHG has gotten away with quite a bit and they need a new CEO.

The customer service received from Sarah was great. I had two rooms and the tv didn’t work in either room, neither of us had a microwave and the hotel is VERY OUTDATED, however it was clean for the most part and the rooms were comfortable as well as the use of the jacuzzi.

The staff was friendly and really enjoyed interacting with a few of them. The were helpful when it came to finding what we needed like a restaurant or something just as simple as finding something to drink. The only part was the bathroom was kind of gross. Inside the shower there was a previous guests hair stuck to the wall. The cleanliness could be improved but overall was a great outing for me and my significant other.

Great place for a quick weekend getaway. The place came with a kitchen, which was convenient and useful for cooking, and a dishwasher, which made washing dishes quick and easy. While it came with a kitchen, it did not come with the utensils we needed (like a cutting board, etc.) but overall, it was good. Bed was comfy, the place was clean, and the pool was a great touch. Would definitely recommend.

Eagan is just close enough to the Mall of America so you can head over there then come back to your room to relax. Didn't get to explore the area itself too much because of the weather, but I imagine that it's great in the summer.
The breakfast was very good and also its location. Had a good variation of the menu for each day, including the hours it where open for the people in the Hotel.
Very clean room, nice bathroom with cutesy folded toilet paper - a nice touch, generously stocked, quality breakfast with better coffee than most hotels
