The door to my room was stuck and I had to slam my body into it several times to open it and no one at the front desk answers phones; no extra blankets or pillow in the room; their were stains on the bedroom wall; the snack room in the front lobby smelled like urine

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. My husband has cancer and we travel 2+ hours to the Stanford hospital, for various tests. They are so accommodating with extra blankets and anything else we need. Plenty of good food within walking distance and more is coming soon. It's not fancy, but extremely comfortable. Being his caregiver I don't get a lot of good naps and sleeps... but I did here. The bed was super comfy! Kitchenette was nice, even if we didn't prepare any food... but we could've. We loved the table to eat together. It was a very nice experience at a reasonable price. The thank you cookies were delicious! We slept in too late to even check out breakfast the 2nd night, and we had to get to the hospital the 1st night before we could check it out. It's definitely our go to hotel if he needs more tests or scans.

This was just a stopping off point from our trip before catching a plane the next day. Although not close to the airport, it was fairly close to San Francisco at a much cheaper rate than a hotel in San Fran in an area where we felt safe. However, California freeways are terrible!

Dublin is a beautiful city, it's one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen in California. Very clean and safe. However, there is no night life there, I suggest staying in Dublin if you're doing business in the East Bay or wants a more quiet area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, the parks are clean and fantastic. Friendly people, no traffic!

The reception area was great but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. I could see toilet paper pieces under the counter. The water heats up at a reasonable time. The sink faucet was leaking water all over and at one point, water was flowing under the sink. I had to put one of the towels so I will not slip due to the water on the floor.

The first night the toilet over flow and I had walk to the front desk to get a plunger. To unstop the toilet and asked for more extra towels from the guy at the front desk. Due to the fact the gentleman wasn’t wearing a face mask and I didn’t feel safe for him to unstop the toilet. So I did it myself and return the plunger. The next day three construction workers started making a lot of noise at 8am right under my room window . That was very Annoyed and I couldn’t get back to sleep so I was watching TV.
