Very cute rustic style hotel close to many shops and restaurants. In the morning we would watch elk walk through the parking lot and stream right outside. Breakfast was grab and go style but decent. Room was clean and basic rustic style. Staff was friendly. Only a few minutes to RMNP.

We liked that both Trailborn locations had related perks, and the facilities were very nice. The rooms were smaller, but tastefully decorated.

Clean, comfortable, and Darrell at the reservations desk was wonderful! The location was right on the river. We watched the trout swimming around. We even were given a homemade cookie upon arrival. We were very high with our choice of choosing the Ponderosa.
