Bed was very comfortable. Loved different choices in pillows. Air conditioner worked.
Room was comfortable with big screen TV which had HBO, Cinemax, and 100 other channels.
Breakfast was good with protein (eggs and sausage) which i need. Other carb foods were
also available. For a free breakfast I thought it was excellent.

The location was wonderful. Easy to find, right off the highway. The staff was super helpful and pleasant. I loved that literally out our back door was a wonderful paved trail for walking, biking, running. We travel with our dog so was super easy to get a good walk after being in the car all day. Also plenty of green space around the hotel for quick pee break. When asked for a good place for dinner they recommended CAVA which was 1 mile away. Great take-out and the best meal we had on the road the whole trip. The breakfast was also a notch above all the other "box hotels". The coffee was EXCELLENT and strong. Our room was on the first floor in the back. Very quiet. Even though non smoking facility, there was a nice area out front with chairs where he could sit, read and have his smoke. We will definitely be back as we travel this route twice/year.

Satisfactory breakfast, good location, comfortable bed
The rooms where nice and clean, very modern. The whole hotel in itself was. The rooms where also very spacious. The beds very comfy! But on the other hand..........The pools water was green🤢. It was dirty and the kids could not enjoy it! The staff was meh😑 not friendly nor mean just there..... really no interaction or "care" they did there job and that's it! Upon check in the young man at the counter spoke maybe 3 words to me.. lol gave me the room keys and that was about it. Did not even validate it was me or ask for my debit card and explain the hotel as front desk usually do upon check in. Upon check out, I checked out at 6am. The front desk lady was asleep in the back and took her a while to notice I was standing in the front desk. She said not one word to me and handed me the receipt, when I asked " is that all?" She said "yes" and that was it...

The worst part of all is that I told the clerk & the hotel manager & they made no attempt to address the issue at all. I also told the housekeeper the rooms need to be fumigated cause those roaches must be all over the place. They also serve food there which I sure as hell did not even bother to check it out. 🤢🤢🤢

The Dominion area is very nice with lots of shopping and restaurants. We had dinner at Maggiano's Little Italy and the food and service were both outstanding. If you go there, ask for DeDee - she is a joy!

The staff was absolutely amazing!!! The shortage in staff has made it hard for many businesses to maintain high quality customer service. But the staff we interacted with did everything they could to accommodate us and make us feel welcomed. For that reason alone, I would stay at this hotel again.
