I liked that they have several cameras keeping an eye out on the parking area. The floor is not carpet which is great. Carpets get nasty and dirty. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

This hotel was right next to multiple options for food, some inexpensive shopping options, a nice movie theater. It was very clean and had a very nice free breakfast bar. The beds were comfortable and rooms were impeccable. Overall, I'd stay here again if we were ever in the area.

Good property but keep on top of your pool an indoor heated pool gives you advantage over other properties and every time we go something is wrong with it. The projected rates are assuming everything is working. Other than that good stay

Not a good place to stay, bad customer service, got charged...
Not a good place to stay, bad customer service, got charged more then my reservation when I got there, my phone in the room didn’t work, we could not connect to the “free internet” out TV in the room didn’t work, the vending machines had nothing in them! The girl at the front desk was very rude!

Hotel employee's Reina and Elise were very welcoming, courteous and friendly. It felt like they were inviting me into their homes! The Hyatt Place should be proud to have them as employee's. The managers on duty during the time I was there were easy to talk to and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was very good as there was a nice selection of foods for breakfast.
The bar was open, woohoo and there was an okay selection of menu items to have with your favorite beverage.
