Sinatra's restaurant is excellent ! a real trip down memory lane with actual videos of the days of Frank Sinatra Dean Martin and Judy Garland. Manager Scott and his niece Gabby extended an extraordinary act of honesty and kindness
One of my friends lost cash at the site a few days later I get a call from Scott . They reviewed guests in the restaurant around the time the $ was found went over and above to track me down to see if one of us lost something substantial Yes the $ was returned I am overwhelmed with the act of kindness. Deland is a very nice small, college town. It has a lot of great establishments downtown and is very walkable. Orland with its parks, Daytona for the beach, and Cape Canaveral are all short drives, making it a great launching point for a family vacation with lots of variety.

Loved the accomodations but just wish checking in didn't have to wait so long. I didn't get to see much of the city as I only had 2 days off but was grateful for the time spent with my friend and the Stetson College is much bigger than the one here in St.Petersburg, Fla.

The hotel was new and beautiful. Room and bathroom both very large. Breakfast selection excellent. Our stay was short because we were just passing through. Gym and pool looked excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was filled with roaches and the toilet had poop in it and the plumbing did not work. I did not stay at that hotel at all. We were told that we would get a refund, but that still has not happened to date.

It was very well located. But the air conditioner made alot of noise. I told the front desk and somebody came to check it but did not fix it
The restaurant hours were too little every time we wanted to go eat there it was closed
I really do not like that room service is not everyday in all my stay the lady did my room one day. I think this is not ok for a hotel. Because I booked a hotel not an Airbnb
Maybe they do not have to change the linens or towels but they should do you room for sure
A friendly boutique hotel with all of the facilities of a large chain but with the added value of a "personalised" welcome.
The rooms were excellent in size and well equipped, especially good large bathroom and a walk-in closet.

Location was excellent, we walked everywhere once we were at the hotel. A lot of things to do that were very close. Wine bars, Brewery's, Restaurants, Ice cream, Coffee shops on and on. Also everyone we came across in town was very friendly, Great experience and stay.
I really liked the room bed was very comfortable I didn't have much time to enjoy the hotel because it was only one night, the gym is small but has evrething for quick routine, breakfast was good
