The staff was always helpful.
It was easy to get to the hotel, there is a shuttle to and from the airport, I did not make use of it because I needed to do some shopping.
I forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning staff 🙄
As for the popular places to visit, I did not have the time and my visit was not for pleasure.
The room overlooking the garden was very spacious and clean. although there were no elevators on that side of the hotel, so not suitable if you have a knee problem. The property was well kept for the most part. Definitely value for money. The tall dark-skinned bellman was very courteous as were all the other staff members, especially in the dining room. Food was in abundance with a wide variety to choose from. Cassandra at the tour desk was very friendly and helpful, likewise the front desk staff.
Given the over the top hotel prices in the Ft Lauderdale area, we enjoyed the overall good value. The staff is really helpful and friendly. We had a small problem with our TV and the service guy fixed it in record time. Parking is free and close to the room.
We booked this hotel solely because we wanted to visit the Hard Rock Casino, it is the closest decent accommodation to the HR and the price reflects this. They run a free shuttle to the HR.
