The room was inviting, had everything I needed for my short 5-day stay. The room was ready early when I arrived. The staff provided plenty of towels and the room had many outlets, comfy bed, hangars, A/C, towel decor in the kitchen, nice flooring, well lit, table was perfect for working and eating and toiletries were good for my sensitive skin. Customer service at check-in was funny and fabulous! parking was convenient, I didn't see any loitering, location was five minutes away from where I needed to go and hotel was safe, secluded and peaceful. Also, the nearby gas station has good chicken and friendly service staff! Whole Foods and Chipotle are five minutes away.

Hit tub was not very warm, lots of leaves had to be removed. Over night staff was miserable amd wouldn't talk or say good morning
The smoking ordinance does not apply to motels. Secondhand smoke blows into the room. The best western has people smoke on the north end of buildings. Wind comes out of the north, carrying fumes and smoke to the rooms
Very clean right off the highway. Directly located behind a black bear diner. Front desk staff Marina was super lovely and accommodating as well as support staff. AC was working great. There was a little designated dog area. Pool was nice and I could bring my pets. Power shut off as I was preparing to leave the next morning so it really did not affect me.
Short stay in lovely Danville. Hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable. Free parking in front of the hotel room. Basic but nice breakfast included. Friendly staff
