Have to pay extra for parking and breakfast. In room coffee maker was useless. Pool closed early. Dinner was $50+ for a basic hamburger (no cheese) and a small plate of hummus. It was convenient to the freeway, but that was about it. Too many extra costs to make it worthwhile.

Dania Beach Pier for fishing , Grampa's Restaurant - it has excellent breakfast, great bakery and bagals. Pauli's Pizza Pasta-great pizza and pasta . There's a great Art Museum on 481 South Federal Highway -

Dania Beach is close to the cruise ship terminal. That’s the only reason I’ve ever needed for going there, and the only thing I find appealing about it. It’s a city within greater Ft Lauderdale which seems to have a disproportionately large number of idle homeless, vagrants and obvious drug users ambling about, and they will all make use of every opportunity to ask you for money wherever they are within 50 feet of you. And if they’re farther away than 50 feet, they’re probably breaking into your car. There are some nice spots, supposedly, but my hotel wasn’t near those.

The staff were not very helpful We felt like we were a bother,Hotel was very run down the chair in our room had a cigarette burn in it and carpet wasn’t clean.Food at the restaurant was very mediocre Was disappointed to find out the shuttle didn’t start till 6 am There was at least 9 people looking for transportation to the airport at 5

Front desk was great.
Front desk was great. Persons at the breakfast area cannot speak English. Juice was out and not refilled. First floor entrance was void if anyone or direction as to where check on was. Faucet on sink was loose and ready to fall off. The breakfast itself was garbage and the area around thd hotel was poor.

Hotel was fine for what we needed it for the night before our cruise. The gal at the front desk was fabulous! Loved her sense of humor. She was extremely accommodating. Overall, nothing plush, but a good, clean, comfortable hotel.
The Rooms was nice an clean the breakfast was amazing the staff was so friendly the house keepers keep checking the hotel itself is nice I love Hyatt the pool nice an warm I'll stay at Hyatt over and over
Comfortable beds, microwave,iron and fridge in a room. It’s easy to get on the beach from hotel. They’re provide free transfer to FLL airport and luggage storage. Everything was great,we are appreciated
The staff was very accommodating. I asked for a late checkout and I was able to stay until 4:00pm since my connecting flight was at 9:00pm
