I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a homeless person. They don’t book many guests and the Manager/Owner is a complete Scam Artist and Liar. He’s unprofessional and lacks communication. He has to use Effective Listening Skills. I voiced my concerns and nothing changed. He lost out on $1500, for three bookings due to lying.

I loved the view of the Westin. It's amazing, the interior design of the place is well pleasing. Recognize the courtesy and dedication the front desk and the customer service team were top notch in my opinion. The housekeepers are amazing and the restaurant staff and hosts are very friendly and helpful. They just helped me so much I'm blessed to have scored such a great place to stay. Guest relations even displayed extra courtesy during my unexpected issues related to booking errors on a third party booking site.

I went specifically for the Meyerson Symphony Hall which has some of the best acoustics in the world. I was able to attend two concerts and one of them had a chorus of 200 singers plus the youth orchestra doing a fanfare. The buffet before one concert was a real feast with deserts galore. The Dallas Art Museum is about one square block and four stories high. I began with Meso American on the 4th floor, African art on the 3rd and worked way through Asian and contemporary art in repeated visits. It’s really too much to encounter in just one visit. The arts district is 20 square blocks which among beautiful glass covered skyscrapers.

dallas was great but this hotel has charged me twice stole my money when i called they hung up in my face and charged my card not on records two months later. i stayed here after they claimed i didntg pay and was never asked about payments until they started charging me unauthorized. tavion is a theif disrespectful and had eight different reasons they stole from me due to poor professionalism. sonesta dallas central exspressway is awful

So many great things to see in Dallas.
So many great things to see in Dallas. We live close but always enjoy our time in the city. The reflection pool next to the Winspear Opera is a favorite. Bob's Chophouse and Steak House in the Omni is our favorite restaurant.

Foodies: Drive out to White Rock Lake and eat at McRae's American Bistro. Great secret! Concerts at Dos Equis Pavilion in Fair Park are great. Saw Whiskey Myers, but Morrissey was at another smaller venue there. I love eating at S&D Oyster on McKinney but was only in town one night. Stay at the OMNI Dallas Downtown. Perfect location for Mavs and Stars games, museums, downtown dining. Easy freeway access.

Traffic was horrible....too much construction. No restaurants of value near the UT SW Facilities. After fighting the traffic you didn't want to travel any distance to obtain food.....Getting around the Dallas are is horrible due to all the construction process....

The hotel offers great views over Dallas and Reunion Tower. The hotel has the most impressive bar/restaurant being located in an 18 story-high atrium. The entrance to Reunion Tower is right downstairs from the lobby, where in addition there's a walkway tunnel connecting to the railway station and downtown Dallas.
The hotel close to the high way, easy access to the downtown and the stadium. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi, well equipped gym. Good value for money
