The Inn is located out of town just off a busy road. We were the only people staying the night in mid August. We requested Room 1 as it was the farthest from the road and seemed to be the quietest. There was no one around on a Sunday so we had to let ourselves into the room. We have had issues previously with self-entry numerical keypads in different countries so were a bit apprehensive, but fortunately there were no issues entering the room.
The room was spacious and nicely furnished with nice balcony. The bathroom was very nice with a walk-in shower.
There was good light coming into the room from the balcony windows. We saw a deer in the morning from our room which was nice.
We booked Montaluce winery (9 min drive) online for dinner after we arrived as the restaurants in Dahlonega were all full and didn't allow advance bookings. We enjoyed our dinner (food good, service erratic) on the balcony at Montaluce so worth considering.

Our stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites, Dahlonega was very enjoyable. It's very well located for the lovely town of Dahlonega and other nearby shops and restaurants. It is also close to many attractions that are well worth exploring.
We absolutely loved this pace...It is like a Gem that one would find!
Unfortunately we were there only one night...we didn't want to check out. The details and attention were spot on...so charming. The breakfast was also original and delicious...Dahlonega is also a charming town with a little bit of everything. Just to let people know there were a few things closed on Tuesday so in case there is a specific spot it would be good to check this.
Beds and pillow were soooo comfortable and their is a working fireplace in the room!

We visited Amicolala Falls and Monteluce Winery on one day and spent the second day in town. Wonderful town to pick up locally made Christmas gifts from olive oil to tea. Fun antique malls to explore, and the old courthouse gives the interesting history of the area.

Hallmark town! Super cute and cozy!
Hallmark town! Super cute and cozy! Very friendly shop owners and employees. If you want to try and get through all of the shops, you'll need at least 2 days. Fall is amazing. The colors and decor are amazing.
Make sure you use the restroom before shopping and going to restaurants because they do not have restrooms. You'll have to go to the visitor center only.

It's a beautiful place to visit.
It's a beautiful place to visit. The town square is lovely as are the people. Everyone we met was very friendly. Even the dogs.
We really enjoyed our stay in Dahlonega but since part of our stay was on a Sunday/Monday several of the restaurants were not open. We still found great places to eat.

Great location, pleasant check-in experience as well as pleasant check-out experience. Room was very nice with sweeping view of mountains behind Dahlonega. Everything worked in the room and there were no noise problems at night. It was very easy to access the WIFI.
Location is very convenient to Downtown Dahlonega. This is a private home and do not expect to have a breakfast. However the host made sure there were supplies for coffee and quick snacks of chips and popcorn.
The location was in the middle of everything. The hotel was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Service was great. Parking was even convenient.
