We've been using your hotel for years! We always stay there when in town. We were excited to try the new bar/restaurant. Host was very helpful. We had to have our room changed because screaming babies. They were so so quick and helpful it was delightful as always to stay.

Very friendly, quiet clean environment. The size was better than expected. The key had to be renewed I was locked out. It was pet friendly with a pet friendly snack table. Breakfast was plentiful.
Parking was well lit. It would be nice to have enough bathtowels and washcloths per guest.The beds were comfortable. It would have been more enjoyable if the pool was available. This location is off of the main highway

The hotel was great but they charged me their rate and not...
The hotel was great but they charged me their rate and not the booking.com rate and when I contacted booking.com they called homewood suites and the hotel refused to fix the rate so booking.com fixed it themselves. It might be better to pay for the booking in advance instead if at the property and just let the property do they incident hold.
