Very clean and comfortable. We are a family of 3 and also 3 small dogs. Easy to take the dogs out and nice grass areas to walk them. All the reviews we read were accurate, staff was awesome and place was great. Had an awesome experience at Quaker steak and lube restaurant across the street too. We will definitely stay here again on our next time through town.

I mentioned in my booking that we were there celebrating my husband's birthday, they got him a card and wrote hand written birthday wishes to him and enclosed free drink vouchers. I felt this was above and beyond

It was nice for a weekend trip.
It was nice for a weekend trip. I’m sure there were several other things that we could’ve done. We mainly went to go to the zoo and we also would not recommend The wildlife Safari Drive. Found a really cool playground area for the boys to play. https://kiewitluminarium.org/ To go inside was kind of pricey, but the playground was free.

This was a nice hotel and in a great location - close to restaurants and the interstate. It's on the river so. there are nice views. My only recommendation is, before you book, check what activities are going on in the area. The Omaha area in June has a lot of activities involving youth baseball. This particular hotel was full of families and their kids, which is fine, however, these people had no regard for the hotel or the other "non baseball" people staying in the hotel. They trashed the lobby and took over the gathering spaces and many were highly intoxicated. At one point, I helped a couple of parents frantically clean up a broken glass right in front of the elevator - caused by a drunk women who got pissed and thought it would be appropriate to smash her drink glass in front of the elevator before going up to her room. There were kids in bare feet coming from the pool. I felt terrible for the lady working at the front desk. It's sad that grown adults can't handle themselves when away from their homes. I payed over $300 for my room for one night. I suspect the price was inflated because of the event. Unfortunately, due to my travel situation, I did not have many choices. I would stay there again, just not during that timeframe.

It would be nice to have a restaurant in the hotel and open late! We were gonna eat at the Village in but couldn't get no service! Then we went to KFC and got lunch that wasn't very good! It is a little confusing getting around Council Bluffs! We will defiantly avoid The Village Inn if that is the way we get treated!

I booked a queen room with queen bed.
I booked a queen room with queen bed. Got small room full bed, Booked. The outside of the building had lots of trash laying around, first clue. Took us to room hat hadn't been dusted in a very long time. Lots of trash behind fridge, dresser. Filth alined every wall. Toilet and shower were broken no coffee maker or cups. Finally appalled I went to desk and told them about unacceptable conditions and wrong room person tried to talk of it and I got him to come to room and inspect got different room with 2 beds not what I wanted bedding was disgusting and smelled. My friend was ill and left 2 chargers & called shortly after leaving and was told they weren't there when I didn't see a maid in halls the entire stay. I called shoI DON'T KNOW IF THERE'S A WORST MOTEL ON EARTH SHOULD BE CLOSED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Patricia Christensen I should have gotten a refund from them for the entire stay. -5 stars

Nothing wasn't even able to stay at the hotel. Clerk charged me on my debit card for a room that was already prepaid and I showed proof of receipts that is was already paid.
Check in was easy and desk clerk was amazing. Booking extended stay was super easy and convenient as well. Breakfast was the best we have had from a hotel stay
