Very freindly and attentive staff. Breakfast starts at 3:30 am weekdays with real eggs, potatoes and refried beans as part of the spread.
Beds are comfortable with ample parking. Quiet and safe...Highly recommend...They also have 2 pool tables in the office area and a swimming pool that is clean and functional

No hot breakfast staff was very slow, asked the staff if they would restock the food. 30 mins later had to ask again and the staff did a shift change, they did not brief each other, nor did they come and check the breakfast bar. Waited 15 mins longer to finally get some breakfast.

The room we got on the forth floor was so much nicer than the one we had been given the time before that was on the 1t floor (wasn't very clean, microwave was so gross we couldn't use it). We were away from all the oil workers which was VERY nice.

Nice decor, but floors were dirty, ice machine was dirty, breakfast was supposed to be offered, but when we arrived 30 min before time limit, there was no breakfast to be had. Last day the toilet broke. We will not be back to this place.
Bed was comfortable, people were courteous.

i waited at the front desk for someone for ten minutes to check out and she kept insisting i checked out late, when the fault was on their end. it took them fifteen minutes after i called the number on the paper for someone to come downstairs to help me, i shouldn’t have been charged a late fee when i was waiting for their negligent employees to show up. the extra charges were outrageous, the receptionist was very rude insisting i give her $40 for “late check out” plus she wanted it in cash. saying she couldn’t charge the card on file or the hours would accumulate, “$20 per hour”

Absolutist hatred the entire experience. The front desk girl was as rude as she could be, totally non accommodating, unenthusiastic, flat and NOT the sort if employee any hotel would want for their first impression. Period!!

Great place to be if you are hunting there or are too tired...
Great place to be if you are hunting there or are too tired to drive on to San Antonio. On the upside there are a lot of hotel choices there providing the innkeepers are keeping up the properties. Since the oil field slowed down the Indian hotel management/owners are typical: saving money by cutting corners on maintenance, cleaning and so called breakfast.
Lovely, clean hotel with very friendly staff. We planned to stay for one day, but we had to stay for 4. The nice girl at the reception was very polite and patient every time we extended our reservation
Staff was very friendly, courteous, and very beautiful and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Food was good and fulfilling. Great hotel.
