Location was good!! The hotel itself was dirty out dated. The check in girl gave us a room that had no towels, tv did not work the fridge did not work!! Remote was so sticky and dirty. Called down and a maintenance man came and moved us to another room!! Breakfast was good lady that was servicing the breakfast was very nice!! On my “do not stay list “ here!!! Pictures on inline were very deceiving!!

The hotel was closed for the winter storm when we arrived, however a staff member came to let us in and rent us a room for the night. He said all the roads were closed and we had to eat, so he made us a pizza and let us into the pro shop to get sodas and snacks. The next morning he provided a delicious breakfast (the waffles were SO GOOD!) and he let us use the hot springs mineral pool, which was magical! We spent the rest of the time either playing in the snow or melting our toes in the piping hot shower!
