The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. The key would not unlock our door, do went to report it and she came back with a computer to activate the opening of the door so we could enter which took several minutes. She was nice and made it happen.

They unlocked my door when we were in the room because they had to do inventory. They didn’t warn us or told us they were going they literally knocked and unlocked the door with their master key. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable

Downtown around bay was so much better than other Texas coast cities! The 4th of July firework setup was awesome bc it wasn’t so crowded like Ftw 4th events! There was an awesome 4th of July setup and Arts Fest going on it was great!!

Corpus is nice but it needs to hurry and fix it's...
Corpus is nice but it needs to hurry and fix it's construction. The beach isn't as beautiful as a tropical beach but it's a simple and relaxing beach to be at. It's a short drive to north padre and the national seashore which is really beautiful and protected from people driving to much on it.

The beach but we got stuck in the sand. Oh well lol. God took care of us thru it all. Mustang island park should have bulldozed the entrance way. Another park patron who helped us get un stuck recommended white cap beach. It was excelent.. sand bulldozed for driving.. water and wildlife were beautiful.

loved it the people there were so nice. I ate at Whataburger and breakfast in the hotel because I stayed one night. plan on staying longer next time. getting around Corpus Christi is easy, I feel at home here at Corpus Christi TX. the beaches are great and so fun. whitecap beach is nice so is padre island national seashore. i saw a little Kipley turtle in the water with his head up out of the water looking at me what a cool moment. There is a lot to do in Corpus Christi, you can do it all in a few days. unfortunately, we can only spend the one night this time but plan on going back as soon as June 2024 if not soon as we can i love it there so much fun.
Unable to stay they canceled room without knowledge after 4 hour drive we arrive and they "cancelled" our room without notice. Received email 45 mind after we left. Found a much better hotel with same prices so we won on that one. Highly recommend Emerald Beach Hotel they will not disappoint.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern and spacious. Room was huge and attention to detail paid in everything, lighting, equipment etc. Most comfortable place we have stayed in during a 3 week trip to Texas. Angela on the reception a great asset to this hotel.
