The room was very nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice and had towels and everything. The breakfast was very delightful And a wide range of things to choose from.

Awesome place to stay ! , all three consecutive nights I stayed here it was very quiet because of the concrete floor above me, no walking, pounding or loud talking noises to keep me awake .
The room was perfect ,no complaints.
The pool and hot tub were in excellent working order, and my # 1 reason that is most important to me , I felt very safe staying at this location .

I DID NOT GO THROUGH BOOKING.COM, I WALKED IN AND MY ROOM WAS PREMIUM CONSIDERED SHOULD THE RATING BE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE WITH THE TRADITIONAL.

Great area for shopping and dining.
Great area for shopping and dining. I was there for a family reunion and we took a side trip to Mall of America. It's about 1/2hr from there, so if my trip was to spend more time at the MOA I would choose someplace closer.

I was giving the wrong room when I asked about it they ask...
I was giving the wrong room when I asked about it they ask me does it matter. There were cob webs on the wall. Socks left in drawer from who knows when. There was a plastic fork on the floor all this proves that the room was not cleaned properly. I asked for my room I reserved I was told that it was not cleaned. I went to the front desk then they tell me that they have my room. I was confused so I looked at the room as soon as I opened the door it smelled bad just like cigarettes. So I just kept the room I was in. Very dissatisfied with my entire stay.
