Number one, the staff besides the front desk was smoking weed in the parking lot. The only thing I liked was the front desk young lady and leaving the facility.

DO NOT STAY. I recently had a really bad experience at the "Quality Inn" in Conyers, Georgia (very ironically named hotel). I want to explain just how disappointed I am. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was a mess of incompetence and unprofessional behavior.
So, when we tried to check in, they told us our room wasn't ready, and we had to hang out in the lobby for way too long—over an hour. The folks at the front desk? They were pretty good at ignoring guests, just chatting with their coworkers about personal stuff like helping us wasn't their job.
Once we finally got our room, it was a bit of a disaster. The floor was so dirty that we had to keep our shoes on all the time. And the bathroom door? It just wouldn't close right, making our stay even more uncomfortable.
The noise from the nearby highway was relentless and annoying, like trying to sleep in the middle of traffic. The walls were so thin that we could hear everything outside all night long.
On top of all that, the staff was lazy and unprofessional. They were neglectful in their duties, and it was pretty frustrating.
To sum it up, I'm genuinely shocked at how terrible this hotel is. I plan to share this bad experience with everyone I know, and I'm never going back there. I strongly recommend avoiding this place to spare yourself the misery. I wouldn't even wish this kind of ordeal on my least favorite people.

The reception staff are very courteous and friendly.
The reception staff are very courteous and friendly. What hit me on arrival was the homely feel to what is a chain hotel. There were books to borrow and the staff had evidently made an effort to personalize (with good taste) the reception wait area.
The breakfast although offering pumpkin spice pancakes or waffle was the same as all other chain hotels of this type - plastic eggs, and greasy turkey sausage patties, oatmeal in a pack, Danish pastries and fresh fruit. They also offer fruit juices, a variety of herbal teas and 2 types of coffee - gourmet or bold (and decaf of course). The room was great - spacious and clean. 2 types of pillows offered (allergenic and down). I would come back.

the location was great room wasn't the cleanest but my biggest issue was the staff and getting what I originally booked without feeling like i was being a burden I was treated really rude I booked king bed got double beds staff response was.this was.what we had clean. When I said how long for a king bed like I ordered staff argued with me telling me both the rooms were the same price so I should be ok but I wasn't it wasn't about the price for me it was about being comfortable and giving me what I booked then I was told it would be 1 or 2 hrs for a king even tho I arrived after 3pm and I would have to find somewhere to wait because the room with double beds had been cleaned very unprofessional rude

The building itself was beautiful, loved the rooms but no microwave and I was late going to the wedding I was in because there was no towels!! I saw a housekeeper on the floor I was staying on and asked for a towel and was told no I asked her why and then she started speaking a language I didn’t speak!! So I went to the front desk to let them know what just happened and was told I would get towels in an hour but 3 hrs later no towels so I had to go buy towels and after being late for the wedding I made it back around 8pm and still didn’t have towels in the room

The smell in our room and constant barking of the dogs sent me home earlier than expected. The dogs in the adjoining room barked 24/7 from the time we arrived and was the reason we checked out before our time to check out...I'd appreciate some sort of accomodations on my bill. I was there maybe 12 hours and checked out. Didn't want to repack and move to another room that time of night and we left to head back to Charlotte.
nothing the sheets had cigarette burns ,the room smelled the door wouldnt close right the lady at the front service was rude we tried calling down stairs to explain about the room and she hung up the phone I booked for a room downstairs but when we got to the hotel the lady at the front said they didnt have any downstairs after i paid for a downstairs because i have a disability I wouild not recommend this hotel bad service
Absolutely nothing. I paid $108 for a room with a broken bed, 313. When I first arrived I picked up weed from the floor in the room. The bed was so uncomfortable and every time I moved the springs would pop and make noises. The floors in the room were some sort of laminate flooring and were so dirty I ruined a brand new pair of socks. I would never recommend this hotel.
We didn't report to the hotel management but my daughter's said that someone tried to get into our hotel room an they opened the door luckily they had the chain bolt on so they couldn't get in I just assumed they were drunk an got the rooms mixed up
the staff was nice. It seems to be a diamond in the rough. It is going through a huge renovation while people stay in the hotel. The rooms still need some TLC.
