Near the airport. Got there late and couldn't find parking space but very helpful security guard sorted us a spot we'd never have seen otherwise. Great breakfast.

My daughter forgot her laptop. Left it in the room. Called the switchboard-reception. I don’t have the man’s name but he was exceptional. He managed to find the laptop and placed it on the shuttle to airport where my daughter waited at the drop off and received the laptop before her flight. Thanks to that man. His actions, politeness and sheer willingness to help were exceptional.

I requested a refund several times June 3rd the manager herself insisted that I did not deserve a refund and June 5th general manager refused to speak with me also the midnight stafff afternoon staff and security refused to help me with anything or even file a report
