Great value for a nice, modern hotel in the city center. Great for tourism as it's next to the baseball park and the basketball arena and short walk to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Huge room, quiet, nice beds and linens. One of the best value hotels on a multi-week road trip through the Midwest.

We were pleasantly surprised by Cleveland. It was very safe, clean and fun! If you love sports, there were 3 arenas/fields within walking distance. The food was great and the people were lovely. Cleveland in September was beautiful - the weather was perfect!

Cleveland has a nice downtown area, Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, beautiful stadium on Lake Erie for the Browns games. Good city for Mexican food and has some culture too. Baseball stadium I would go back to see.

We ate at the Rowley Inn right diagonal from A Christmas Story House, and it was phenomenal. Fast service for being as packed as they were and staff that was on top of things. I highly recommend it. Also ate at Grampy's Cafe in Tremont the morning of leaving. It was packed and, on a wait, but so worth it. It was all around a great trip and full of friendly nice people.

It truly exceeded my expectations! It is diverse, friendly, vibrant, and constantly buzzing with things to do. I didn't realize it was right on a lake which gave it some similar breezy, waterfront vibes as Chicago.

Clean and safe with everything close and within walking distance; everyone was extremely friendly; downtown is close to some amazing waterfalls--definite must do (Brandywine Falls, Tinkers Creek Falls and Chagrin Falls.
Bed and pillows were super comfortable - that was an unexpected surprise. Staff was really friendly and helpful, couldn't have asked for nicer people working there. And the free coffee wasn't bad at all. We enjoyed our overnight stay, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much!
Just outside of Playhouse Square, it's in the perfect location. The stadiums and arenas are within walking distance. All the while you pay half the price of hotels just down the street. The included breakfast was as expected, and overnight parking was at a great rate.
I booked here for a nights getaway with my wife for her 50th birthday. We dined at Red Steakhouse. The Hyatt was in perfect walking distance of everything we needed and valet made parking convenient. Hotel property inside and out is beautiful.
