This was my family’s first trip to the beach in Florida and it was one of the greatest experiences. We ate at a place called Kooky Coconut and their food was amazing. Most things we wanted to do was accessible by walking but we had to drive to some places in Largo. We decided to go see the beach during the sunset and it was so pretty! Definitely a great experience, we’ll surely be back.

It exceeds expectations regarding the location, it is right by the beach. Facilities are dated, but once you get set , they are very nice, you can even cook your breakfasts, there is a well equipped kitchen. They are like apartments, dated but nice.

This isn't Clearwater Beach--which has been ruined by overdevelopment and traffic. This is Indian Rocks Beach, which is absolutely great for a laid-back experience. All the restaurants in the area are just fine, but for an exceptional experience, go up to the Columbia Restaurant, on Sand Key. I eat there every time I visit Indian Rocks and it's a gem.

The hotel is in an amazing location and the staff are always very friendly. Our room was clean, the aircon was a little loud and the windows are thin so you can hear the hustle and bustle outside which kept sone of our party awake - we were at the front of the hotel. The bar is a great atmosphere and a great view, we actually saw a shuttle launch all the way from Kennedy!
Everything about this place was 10 🌟. Great loacation, great staff, exceptionally clean and comfortable. We would definitely book again next time we visit Clearwater Beach. Highly recommend.
Liked that it was an older renovated boutique hotel. We only stayed one night because the room was unacceptable however they did reimburse us for the other nights that we had reserved.
the location was good, in the heart of Clearwater beach within easy walking distance for everything, however the hotel is on a main busy road junction and was very noisy from traffic
