Rooms were clean and looked like they were recently renovated. Check in staff was excellent and accommodating. Room rates were very reasonable. We chose this hotel because of it's close proximity to Charlotte's light rail, which was just across the street.

Answered all my questions, willing to help and assist wherever they could to make us feel welcome. The hotel had a clean, fun, friendly vibe. Breakfast was well thought out with something for everyone. Pool table, TV, food and drinks around the reception area was a bonus. We had a perfect location in Pineville up the street from main street, near the mall and banking, and also close to a creek with walking paths.
If you need a grocery store you'll find Food Lion within walking distance & Walgreen one block away. For dining there's Applebee's, Olive Garden, Shake Shake Seafood (a favorite for us), as well as various fast food restaurants.

We were pleasantly surprised to find out that not only was there free breakfast but dinner and drinks as well! Our rooms were connected by a door and that was also unexpected but really appreciated! The hotel was clean and had plenty of parking. We loved our stay. Only bad thing it was only for one night!

I liked that it was walking distance to a lot of restaurant and events. The bathroom had so much rust all in the shower. They really need to do better when it come to them bathrooms. I will never stay in another Hyatt House. This was the second one I stayed in and they both was trash.

In Charlotte airport everything was equally chaotic. They lost our 2 cases for 7 days! We were without a change of clothes during our stay in Charlotte.
It's the worst airport I have ever visited - never again!

I would not want anyone to waste their money and time staying at this hotel. Cable in room didn’t work. We heard people talking outside our window i opened the curtain and there was 2 men sitting on the wall smoking marijuana outside our window talking loudly. It scared me to death. I call the front desk a black female answer the phone with a nasty attitude. I told her I wanted to be move to another room she told me out loud that there was no room available. I asked for my money back she told it was none refundable. Please don’t go to get a room at this hotel
Our flight was delayed and we needed a last minute place to stay near the airport. We were really only here for 5 hours before we had to catch our morning flight but it was a fine enough hotel for a place to rest. The shuttle to the airport was very efficient.
