We had higher expectations but probably not coming back again!
When we first arrive to check in, the front desk employee wasn’t very pleasant.
Then we went upstairs to our room, and let me tell you, what “saved” our stay was the location of the hotel and the jacuzzi in the room, since it was our main reasons for paying for a pricey room.
The bed and the couch were not comfortable at all, and we even left with back ache.
As we checked out of the property, we weren’t given an invoice/receipt of our stay and we didn’t remember to ask for it at that time, but as soon as we got home I called the hotel to provide me an invoice and their response was they couldn’t do that because the stay was prepaid through booking and I would have to call customer service.
I called booking customer service and after explaining the situation and a brief wait, they called the hotel and said the hotel was going to provide me with an invoice asap. It’s been 5 days and no invoice.
Will call again and demand because it’s my right to have one.
There is a lot to improve in this hotel.
Like I said in the beginning, we had higher expectations as far as looking forward to have a very pleasant stay, and that didn’t happen.

Centerville is a very nice Cape town. There are great beaches and nearby shopping is good. There are lots of restaurants with every kind of food. Hyannis is nearby if you choose "city" venues.
The price is a little too high, for the quality you get. Unfortunately Cape Cod is expensive and quality is not there (in many hotels/motels, not just this one) if you're not willing to pay a fortune. Probably the cheapest place on Cap Cod if you don't count camps. The location is not bad. The staff is friendly.
A good nights sleep at the right price on a gorgeous 3rd weekend in August Peak tourist time on Cape Cod when all Motels have no vacancy and the prices are doubled at most locations. Stayed here in January too so I all ways come prepared with all my comforts of home.
The owners were super nice and accommodating. Their beds and pillows were more comfortable than more expensive hotels I have stayed at. The linens were clean. It was quiet and peaceful for being so close to the highway.
It is a convenient location. Close to food, the cape cod mall, airport, route 6, etc. The room was clean, comfortable bed. Very quiet even with people in neighboring rooms.
