The Holiday Inn at Carter Lake was more comfortable than I expected - recently renovated, SUPER-comfortable bed and pillows, good temperature control in the room, nice-quality bath products, decent breakfast, pleasant and kind staff.

My teenage daughter luggage got stolen from my vehicle and they don't have cameras in parking lot to find out who did it. All they coul say was they were sorry and couldn't do anything about it. I do not recommend travelers to stay here. Worse place ever.
