room was fine but a bit sparse. Location was good the gym looked to be fantastic and the hotel itself was new bright and cheerful. Front desk clerk was very nice.

When asking to speak to a Manager, after being lied to about room availability & sent on a wild goose chasing a refund the difference of cost for the room I booked vs. what I recieved along with other issues I encountered. I am given the most rude & unprofessional staff who wanted to pick a fight over the phone about my concerns. After being hung up on, I left
a message for the manager that im sure never made it to him or her. Completely discussed with this entire experience, whould you be happy to pay almost double the cost of a basic flawed room followed by terrible lip service of the blame game.

Reservation made thru Booking.com two months in advance but was cancelled by manager 6 hours before I was due to arrive because he had opportunity to rent at a higher rate. Very shoddy practice. Desk clerk was not knowledgeable and overcharged me, and still no satisfaction from management to rectify situation.

don't stay there. We had 3 people in the room and they only gave us 2 towels and 2 wash clothes and when I went to get another one for the other guess in the room I was told they didn't have any more we end up finding a walmart to buy 3 sets and an iron and cleaning supplies so nasty and carpet was so bad we kept our socks on and sprayed everything worse hotel ever
Very accommodating
Good typical american breakfast
The whole Hotel is in current renovation mode.
We got a freshly renovated room.
New beds
New bathroom appliances
Got a extra of two bottles of water for the road.
It was clean and comfortable, all we needed. So many of the other lesser expensive hotels in NJ come with multitude of bad reviews regarding these issues, we decided to pay a little bit more and stay here.
We have more than 70 million property reviews, and they're all from real, verified guests.
How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
