I liked that it appeared that the facility was staying up with the times in terms of decor. Also all staff were very friendly and helpful. Also loved the Saint Patty’s day decorations 👍 Also Chad from the front desk came up to help us with our TV very nice and professional

Our camper broke down luckily they had a cabin that we were able to rent last minute. The cabin was awesome and the outdoor space was wonderful for our two German shepherds. Would definitely recommend this place.
We actually didn’t see a lot of Cadillac. We stayed there to be close to Torch lake which was about 50 minutes away. Although our first day in Cadillac, there was an art festival going on, we walked around. It was really nice and found some great food too.

We were just passing through and made a rest stop for the night in Cadillac. We had no time to see or do anything. The hotel staff made suggestions for several local restaurants for us to choose from for dinner. The Mexican restaurant a few doors away was excellent. If it wasn't pouring out, we would have walked over. Checked out next morning after an excellent hotel breakfast. Hotel location is an easy on/off the highway. Great place to stay. Highly recommend it!

Very clean hotel room and bathroom!
Very clean hotel room and bathroom! Friendly staff at check in and check out. I asked for microwave and fridge and they gave it to me, however they didn't plug the fridge in so it would get cold for my arrival. The bed was very hard, the pillows were hard and flat, the bath towels were tiny and scratchy. The "free breakfast" was in their ice cold lobby area with only cold children's brand of cereal with milk, bagels with frozen butter and ice-cold cream cheese. I didn't notice a microwave until I was leaving. Hot tea and coffee available. Not worth the extra money to get free breakfast.

Good place for water sports.
Good place for water sports. Just be aware that the Pine river has Class 1 rapids so it's not for beginners.
Also the town is off MI-131 so if you are staying off 55 or 115, you may feel a little isolated.

STAFF id very RUDE MARY i think her name was..
STAFF id very RUDE MARY i think her name was.. RUINED my daughters 14th birthday weekend.... $470.00 for 1 night $244.00 for the basic room and $200.00 deposit....... she said for damages....
Would never stay at the hotel all because of that lady very rude she needs to not work with people she needs to be behind the walls like a cleaner or something... We should have just stayed up at the bridge with the boys and camped but my daughter wanted to have a girls weekend and stay in a hotel and swim with a couple friends. Traveled 3.5 hours home just to have a huge panic attack and a very disappointed daughter.. Holiday weekend too couldn't just rent from a different hotel everything was full and I will not stay in a bad or cheap cheap one either.
I really liked the cleanliness and the amenities for a small town hotel. I come from Orlando so I’m use to big things and don’t expect them when I go. the pool was amazing and the hot tub. The breakfast was great, two types of cereal, heat and eat omelettes, assorted pastry and bagels, make your own waffles and juice/coffee/tea.
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, was in a good location in town, just by the lake. Everyone was friendly, but the front desk clerk gave me poor instructions to where the room was located, they said the room was in the back, but it was in front of the hotel.
