Hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Stayed with friends and kids. Staff accommodated every need we had. Kiddie pool was not open, but we all had a blast swimming in the other pool and hot tub. Will definitely be back.

Byron Center was friendly and convenient to most anything you could need while traveling. It was easy to find what you wanted and traffic was light and manageable for travelers that aren't real familiar with the area.

I wouldn't recommend anybody booking here or using booking.com or any property that you have to go through evolve! You probably won't have a room when you get there. Very unprofessional companies all the way around not to let you know THEY xld your reservation!
