Very nice property.Felt safe.Beautiful views over the bay.Shuttle was good.Had a fairly long wait on arrival..but I probably just missed one.Rang the hotel to check and they were quick to respond.Room was meticulously clean.Very good value for money.I look forward to being back there in a few weeks

The morning guy at the desk was rude, unprofessional. The other guy, already in the middle of morning was polite as the manager who attends me when I arrived.

My son left his switch in the room’s drawer, we called the Hotel immediately after we notice about my son forgot his switch, and was told to leave message for house keeping department, many voice message was sent, never get a call back from them. On our way home from Bay Area, we stop by the hotel, talk to the front desk’s manager, she is pretty nice, and took us to the room, and we check the switch is not there, and was told the house keeper may keep and the department was closed, manager don’t have the key to it, and she told us they will check their lost and found the next day, will give us a call back. Next day they call back and left the message stated that they didn’t find the switch, for sure the house keeping department they took it!

The hotel was fine.
The hotel was fine. But the shuttle transportation was terrible. On arrival at the airport we waited about 40 min in the rain for the van, watching the vans of other hotels go by twice in that time. We were told that other hotels' vans came every 15 min. On return to the airport the next morning, there were a lot of people waiting at 9:30 and the van was much too small. The next large van didn't leave until 10. Luckily we were just picking up a rental car. If we were catching a plane, it could have been a big problem. This is a deal breaker for us. We will not stay in the hotel again in the future

Convenient walk from the Crowne Plaza. Yangon - Burmese food, is outstanding; I have eaten there many times. Centro Pizza has really good authentic Napalese thin-crust, wood-fired pizza. Both are a short walk away. Other good choices as well, but these two are my go-to's.

It is located near San Francisco Airport via shuttle bus, and quite clean to stay. Good breakfast. However, the sound of the airplane taking off and landing is noisy. The sea view from the room is nice. However, the parking fee is $20/day, which looks quite expensive.

The hotel is pretty close to the airport and it located on a trail that runs along the San Francisco Bay.
When you have to use the shuttle to/from the airport it might be a long wait as the shuttle seems to run only every 45 minutes.
Nice bay view roadside hotel 10min away from SFO. There is a free airport shuttle. Rooms are spacious, simple and clean. Breakfast is very god. Parking is large and can accommodate hotel guests. Staff is helpful, polite and welcoming. Fitness room is simple, but sufficient for short stays.
