Size of the room was surprisingly great. In fact it accrued that they were two open space rooms inside.

A beautiful new property with a nice tavern and swimming pool. I would recommend the sister properties Rush Creek and Evergreen Lodge over this one

Air conditioning was on when we entered the room. It was a hot day and nice to walk in. They had a band in the back at night. They had muffins and coffee in morning for early risers leaving for Yosemite. Staff was great.

The staff and service is good, and they keep the place running. They are understanding and nice. The common areas are good too. The location is wonderful. Close enough to Yosemite and best value you can probably find in the area.

Check-in staff laid back and easy to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful. Cabin itself was very clean, comfortable inside with a fridge and a microwave, easy to find on the way to Yosemite, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, working air-conditioning. We had lunch and breakfast at the cafe next door and it was all very good.

Be aware that Buck Meadows is quite a distance from the entrance to Yosemite. Once you're at the entrance, the mail Yosemite Village from which many hikes depart is another 20-30 minutes. That is also where several eating establishments and a grocery are located.

It was a beautiful piece of property but we were told we would have a garden view and be on the first floor. We were on the first floor but still had to carry our luggage up 7 or 8 stairs. The view was of the dusty driveway and parked cars. There was a common fridge on the porch but none in the room. There was no microwave. The place was old and dirty and musty. I would never return.

Location was ideal.
Location was ideal. Away from the business of Yosemite Valley, Evergreen, Hetch Hetchy, and Rush Creek, although there is great short distance access to all those areas. Fall colors were beautiful and nature abounds. We enjoyed Grade A+ meals at the Yosemite Room in Yosemite Lodge, the Ahwahnee Hotel, Rush Creek Tavern, and Evergreen. Hiking and enjoying nature was great. Tuolumne and Merced Rivers were beautiful.
Nicely hidden in the charming woods
Private- ish cabin
The kitchen had most supplies.
Would have been a great location had it not been for the road closures. Which meant a 2-3 hr drive to Yosemite instead of 1hr.
The cabin was extremely cold, but luckily, they had great heating
The hotel is amazing (the rooms with balcony seeing the pool) It has a great aura! we enjoyed the pool, gameroom and marshmallow in fire place :) You can enjoy spa after a tiring day in Yosemite.
