The Arcadian powered by Sonder, hotel in Brookline

The Arcadian powered by Sonder offers accommodations in Brookline. The 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom.

I like that the hotel was centrally located and accessible to MIT and Northeastern where my girls are attending. I would like to stay here again for my daughter's graduation next year May 2025. But it is quite expensive. I will keep shopping till I get a good rate. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

The front desk staff ( all rotations ) were so pleasant and accommodating. Genuinely nice, not fake nice bc they have to.. Breakfast by chef was fantastic. Server Maryna is a Joy and sweetheart. Better amenities then Most hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Robes are SO COMFY. Love Purple throughout — “Iris” Location - Wonderful. “Coolidge Corner” Highly recommend-will be staying again and again in future travels.

One bathroom. Having to share with other people. Was not able to take a shower, pee, or brush my teeth without someone in the bathroom. One person spent most of the morning on there and we had to leave to go pee.

Super roomy and clean decor. Lots of light and ample room for a large family to gather and enjoy time together. Super convenient too the train station for easy access to anywhere. Awesome coffee shop just around the corner. The hosts were fantastic and found a high chair for our 9 month old grandson that made it easy for us to feed him.

It's a beautiful city, especially in the fall. I really enjoyed touring the neighborhood. Restaurants are a little pricey, but as my daughter said, it is a high-end neighborhood. The food at the Japanese restaurant was great.

A comfortable inn in a great neighborhood within walking distance of Fenway and blocks from several T stops that can get you into the city in minutes. Only regret is not enough time to stay and not enough money to live there.🤣🥰

Brookline is busy traffic wise, but walking is wonderful because the area is so beautiful. There are trees and gardens in bloom everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants and places for take home meals. Using Uber made it a breeze to get around. Parking on the weekend was not too bad, but weekdays it can be difficult.

Brookline was so close to downtown Boston - just a short walk away. Exceptional dining places all around the area and grocery stores as well and easy access to Fenway Park to watch the baseball. Brilliant location right near the universities and a really good feel for the area. Friendly people everywhere and i felt really safe at all times. You can catch the train or the tram to Brookline or easy walking area too. Cafes and eating places galore all reasonably priced.

I came for medical treatment, and the facility was near Longwood, I could have walked to the hospital if I chose to, about .8 miles or 15 minutes. The building is older, unremodeled, but clean and charming. There are restaurants and shops nearby; eg Bar Cino is five minutes walk or less, and very good. I used uber but tram and subway stops are within about a block. I would have tried public transport but this was my first trip and I was uninitiated. This place represents a good value for basic accommodations, given the high cost and limited availability in the area, otherwise, and I understand they provide parking which would be important if I had driven as on street parking seems unavailable overnight.

Everything was clean and tidy and well maintained. I felt mostly very safe and well. Despite located in Brookline the connection to Harvard and MIT was well reachable by bicycle. Blue bike station nearby. Overall a good option for a much better price than downtown Boston with a good connection. Overall everything works very well and it fulfills all needs for a stay including a microwave and coffee. Shower gel and towels were provided.

Excellent location close to the Brookline Village T stop on the green line (D). Our room was spacious and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is small but warm, excellent for kids. We'll definitely be back!

The property is a lovely Victorian building. The decor in the hotel is charming and comfortable. There were amenities we did not use (i.e. kitchen), but we were happy to have them. The room was clean and comfortable.
